    How it Works

    At Pressed Juicery, we believe cleansing is not only good for the body, mind and soul, but that it shouldn’t interrupt your everyday life – so we’ve worked hard to create cleansing programs that keep you going, even when you’re at your busiest (or the most intensive point of your cleanse!) Our Pressed Juicery Cleanses deliver eight, 16-ounce drinks to your door every morning, ensuring you get the freshest, most nutrient-dense pressed juice courtesy of our hydraulic press process.

    Each drink in your cleanse package is clearly labeled in order of when you should drink it, starting with drink one first thing in the morning, and ending with drink six at least two hours before you go to bed. Most of our customers find it works best to drink their juices two hours apart, but your mileage may vary. Listen to your body – it’ll tell you what it needs.

    Along with six variations of Pressed Juicery’s finest, you’ll also find two extra drinks: one with chlorophyll and apple extract, the other with aloe vera. The chlorophyll with apple extract is mild in flavor, and great for added hydration in between your juices – plus, chlorophyll is a building block for blood, and helps oxygenate it. The aloe vera drink should be the last drink of your day, after the almond milk. It acts as a colon cleanser, aiding it in eliminating and detoxing.

    Each pressed juice is created to replace solid food and snacks, and while you’re doing your Pressed Juicery Cleanse, you’ll want to avoid alcohol, energy drinks, caffeine and nicotine. If you follow our lead, give yourself time to rest and relax, and stay hydrated, the Pressed Juicery Cleanse will give your digestive system the break it needs to regenerate while simultaneously feeding your body.
