- Keeping juice refrigerator SPOTLESS and ORGANIZED at all times

Qualifications:

Farmers Market Associates - details
Farmers Market Associates are responsible for exposure of the Pressed Juicery brand and products through their assigned Farmer’s Market. This position assists in the overall operation of farmers’ markets booths and exercises discretion while doing so. This position ensures that company standards are met and that all policies and procedures are being followed.

Quality Control Senior Manager - details
The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality standards in all aspects of incoming material inspection, in-process production, in-process finished products and out-going finished products. Furthermore, the QC specialist is responsible for recording quality results and ensuring that all controls are in compliance with the company’s quality management system and that the given system is implemented at all levels on the production floor.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and oversee the administration of all quality and food safety programs
- Direct, develop, manage and update all quality programs as necessary to comply with customer regulatory and company standards (Quality Programs include Vendor Certification, Incoming Good Inspection, Sanitation, HACCP, Pest control, GMPs, Noncompliance/Hold)
- Develop, implement, monitor and update all Quality, Process, and Sanitation SOPs
- Assist with the hiring and terminations of QA/QC Supervisors
- Train and develop all QA/QC Supervisors
- Organize training lessons for new company procedures and reinforce the existing procedures
- Issue, review and maintain product specifications, certificates of analysis, and all other QA documents
- Verify, file, organize, and review all documents pertinent to sanitation, HACCP, product recall, and quality control and quality assurance
- Ensure the facility is always inspection-ready through daily preparation of all documents
- Conduct relevant physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw material as per specifications
- Inspect the production facility daily
- Observe employees during production to ensure that all FDA regulations are met and the HACCP plan is being followed
- Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines are being met
- Coordinate lab testing on the product and testing of the facility
- As HACCP Coordinator, the QA/QC Manager must observe the facility and curate all documents to verify that all company procedures are adhering to the HACCP plan
- Work on the creation of new juice combinations by researching what ingredients are in season and on trend. This may involve researching competitors or meeting local purveyors to see what is in season and what fruits and vegetables are at their best quality.
- Help with the tasting process, (before, during, and after) to approve that all products are meeting company criterion
Qualifications:
- Must have exceptional organization and planning skills
- Masters in Food Science
- At least 5 years of experience in the Food Industry in a QA/QC capacity with in- depth knowledge of HACCP and other food safety requirements such as BRC, SQF, etc.

Customer Service Representative - details
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact when customers call Pressed Juicery. This role must ensure that all customers are being responded to as quickly as possible via email or phone and receive the best customer service possible.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Answer all customer phone calls
- Assist customers with online orders and answer all customer questions
- Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have pleasant consumer experiences
- Reply daily to info@pressedjuicery.com emails and continuously communicate with customers as needed
- Forward all subject specific emails to the correct contacts (press, marketing, promotions, etc.)
- Responsible for training new employees to answer phones and learn Pressed Juicery customer policies and procedures
- Keep track of all product, delivery and general customer complaints and continuously work on systems and programs to eliminate delivery errors
- Create FedEx labels and keep track of late shipments
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Operations and Logistics Manager - details
The Operations and Logistics Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with the daily activities of the production facility. This includes planning, organizing directing and controlling as well as managing the production team. This position requires significant manufacturing, production and quality control knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures
- Must understand production metrics in terms of operations and scheduling
- Manage production and staffing budgets and keep production and inventory costs down
- Manage all logistics for product distribution
- Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities
- Provide orientation and on-the-job training for subordinates and ensure that the authority and responsibility for each position are defined and understood
- Human Resource work such as interviewing, hiring, terminating, and training employees as well as employee write-ups and annual reviews
- Direct, monitor, and appraise the performance of employees immediately reporting and provide the necessary coordination between activities
- Establish and direct plant & production policies and procedures
- Manage the quality control department to ensure product is kept up to taste standards and in compliance
- Ensure that all FDA regulations and HACCP plans are being followed

- Maintain and upkeep all equipment and ensure all machines are working properly

- Schedule staff in a timely manner and ensure all staff members are aware of their schedule

Qualifications:
- At least 7 to 10 years of production or plant manufacturing experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of managerial experience
