    Open Positions:

    Brand Ambassador

    Take on a new and exciting career in Sales and Marketing with opportunities for advancement at a fast-growing cold-pressed juice company, and help us share our mission statement. You’ll be starting conversations with passersbys about our products, and using your exemplary communication skills and customer service to introduce them to fresh samples and create an experience. • Spend your time in an area surrounded by some of the most diverse food and health studios in Los Angeles, including BabyCakes, YogaWorks, and Larchmont Bungalow. • Aside from our youthful company culture, our other benefits include free juice and cleanses!

    Reports to:

    • Director of Sales

    Shifts:

    • Part Time
    • Hours vary, Monday - Sunday

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Engage with constant foot traffic to provide a delightful product experience through conversation
    • Assist in new customer acquisition and sales by providing detailed information about our products and offerings
    • Continuously sample the product throughout entire shift and collaborate with other departments to provide them with important co

    Qualifications:

    • Friendly, outgoing & approachable, possessing strong oral, written and listening skills.
    • Ability to work independently & effectively with little supervision.
    • Entertainment, theater, comedy, hosting, modeling experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours and work outside.
    • Must be at least 18 years old

    Home Delivery Driver

    The home delivery driver is responsible for delivering juices to customers at their homes or businesses daily between 3 am and 7 am. The home delivery driver must be able to follow directions and leave coolers where instructed while not disrupting customers during the early morning.

    Reports to:

    Shifts:

    • 3 am - 7 am
    • Monday - Sunday

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Deliver juice in delivery coolers to customers between 3 and 7 am
    • Follow all delivery instructions and leave coolers where instructed
    • Fill out all paperwork to document deliveries
    • Communicate with the delivery supervisor if a cooler was not left at a customers front door
    • Communicate with the delivery supervisor if there are any delivery issues with maps or customers’ homes or offices
    • Other job related activities as requested

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
    • Must have a clean driving record
    • Must have a reliable car
    • Must be able to work and drive during early morning shifts
    • Must be reliable and dependable
    • Must be able to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
    • Good sense of direction is preferred
    • Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
    • Ability to communicate well with others

    Retail Sales Associates

    Retail Associates must assist in the overall operation of the store by selling Pressed Juicery products, keeping the store clean, and ensuring a positive customer visit. Retail associates are key in ensuring exceptional customers experiences.

    Reports to:

    • Retail Store Manager

    Shifts:

    • Part Time
    • Hours Vary Monday - Sunday, days and nights

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Stock and restock product
    • Cash handling and balancing a cash register
    • Test product to ensure quality standards are met
    • Maintain store appearance and any other directive from store manager
    • Advises Store Manager when repairs or maintenance is needed at store
    • Other job-related activities as requested
    • Sampling New Product

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a positive and friendly attitude
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Proficient in math and cash handling
    • Proficient in English, both in verbal and written word
    • Ability to retain substantial amounts of product information
    • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
    • Ability to work as an individual or as a part of a large team
    • Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence
    • 1 – 2 years retail and POS experience is preferred

    Staff Recruiter

    The Staff Recruiter is responsible for all company hiring and staffing needs. The staff recruiter must anticipate any future staffing needs and be sure that all open positions are filled within a timely manner. The staff recruiter must post for all open positions in addition to managing the applicant tracking system and interview process.

    Reports to:

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Recruits and hires for all Pressed Juicery jobs and open positions.
    • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
    • Creates job descriptions and determines applicant requirements and job qualifications.
    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; etc.
    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants, etc.
    • Arranges management and second round interviews for applicants.
    • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and comp practices.
    • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; & recommending new procedures
    • Attend job fairs and networking events as required.
    • Other job related duties as requested.

    Qualifications:

    • 3 – 5 years recruiting experience
    • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
    • Must have exceptional organization and planning skills
    • Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
    • Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Proficient in English, both in verbal and written word
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence
