    Brand Ambassador

    Customer Service Manager

    The Customer Service Manager manages all customer service department operations, nurtures a positive work environment for employees, and ensures positive customer experiences. The manager must enforce and verify that all company standards are met and ensure that employees comply with policies and procedures. This role must also assist in creating systems and procedures to continuously improve the experience customers have when calling or emailing to purchase and receive products or to ask questions and provide feedback about our products, employees and company. Note that hours will vary Sunday through Saturday; weekends and some holidays required

    Customer Service Representative

    The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact when customers call Pressed Juicery. This role must ensure that all customers are being responded to as quickly as possible via email or phone and receive the best customer service possible.

    • Answer all customer phone calls
    • Assist customers with online orders and answer all customer questions
    • Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have pleasant consumer experiences
    • Reply daily to info@pressedjuicery.com emails and continuously communicate with customers as needed
    • Forward all subject specific emails to the correct contacts (press, marketing, promotions, etc.)
    • Responsible for training new employees to answer phones and learn Pressed Juicery customer policies and procedures
    • Keep track of all product, delivery and general customer complaints and continuously work on systems and programs to eliminate d

    Front End Web Developer

    Pressed Juicery is looking for an excellent front end developer to work on www.pressedjuicery.com We need someone who can handle all aspects of front end development. The ideal candidate can cut up a PDF design and turn it into semantic HTML5 and CSS while adhering to standards and best practices.

    Shifts:

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Working closely with designers and back end developers from the point of a project's concept to it's implementation and testing
    • Conducting observational user testing, or reviewing designs against usability heuristics
    • Cutting up and implementing designs using standards-compliant HTML5, CSS, and Javascript
    • Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies
    • Contributing to documentation (instructional, pitch and technical specification)
    • Constantly seeking self-development by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of your markets developments

    Qualifications:

    Home Delivery Driver

    The home delivery driver is responsible for delivering juices to customers at their homes or businesses daily between 3 am and 7 am. The home delivery driver must be able to follow directions and leave coolers where instructed while not disrupting customers during the early morning.

    • 3 am - 7 am

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Deliver juice in delivery coolers to customers between 3 and 7 am
    • Follow all delivery instructions and leave coolers where instructed
    • Fill out all paperwork to document deliveries
    • Communicate with the delivery supervisor if a cooler was not left at a customers front door
    • Communicate with the delivery supervisor if there are any delivery issues with maps or customers’ homes or offices

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
    • Must have a clean driving record
    • Must have a reliable car
    • Must be able to work and drive during early morning shifts
    • Must be reliable and dependable

    Retail Sales Associates

    Retail Associates must assist in the overall operation of the store by selling Pressed Juicery products, keeping the store clean, and ensuring a positive customer visit. Retail associates are key in ensuring exceptional customers experiences.

    Sales and Business Development Manager

    The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and managing new business and accounts for Pressed Juicery. This includes but is not limited to hospitality, health and fitness, restaurant and quick service, retail, and corporate accounts. The primary goals of this position will be to achieve ambitious sales revenue targets by developing and closing leads that support both top line growth and brand building while maintaining relationships with active accounts.

    Key Areas of Responsibility:

    • Generate revenue by setting up and maintaining corporate and wholesale delivery recurring packages and accounts
    • Continuously reach out to new potential new clients through visits and cold calls
    • Maintain relationships and set up visits with corporate and high volume customers to ensure client satisfaction and growth of bu
    • Submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports to management
    • Stay current in the marketplace by gathering competitor information
    • Recommend new packages and services for customers

    Staff Recruiter

    The Staff Recruiter is responsible for all company hiring and staffing needs. The staff recruiter must anticipate any future staffing needs and be sure that all open positions are filled within a timely manner. The staff recruiter must post for all open positions in addition to managing the applicant tracking system and interview process.

    • Recruits and hires for all Pressed Juicery jobs and open positions.
    • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
    • Creates job descriptions and determines applicant requirements and job qualifications.
    • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; etc.
    • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants, etc.
    • Arranges management and second round interviews for applicants.
    • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and comp practices.
    • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; & recommending new procedures
